2017 Que'n Stew'n & Brew'n Competition Barbecue Cooking School
Join nationally ranked pitmaster Scott Smith for this class where you will learn everything you need to win at competition barbecue. The school covers complete recipes for chicken, ribs, pork and brisket, including all injections, rubs and sauces. Meat selection and preparation, cooking temperatures and timelines, finishing techniques and turn-in box building will all be demonstrated for a KCBS format contest.
This session of the Cooking School will be held at the Atlanta Airport Marriott, so you can stay on location convenient to Hartsfield Internation Airport for easy travel to the School.
The cost is $700 per person, or $1000 for couples. (Please note that the special couples rate was created to make it easier for your spouse/partner to attend the weekend with you; it is not a mulit-cook discount for teammates.)
